Xpact can work when other support doesn’t
Xpact programmes are built for young people who don’t thrive with “traditional” approaches.
- One-to-one as standard: consistent support and trust-building
- Low-demand and child-led: no forced tasks, no pressure to perform
- Professional support: mentoring/tutoring guided with care and intention - not random “chats”
- Designed for inclusion: helps reduce barriers for neurodivergent young people and anxious learners
What we’ll discuss on the call
You tell us what’s going on in your own words, what’s hard right now, what you’ve tried, and what you’re hoping to change.
We’ll help you choose the best fit from our three one-to-one programme types for ages 6–18: View Programme Details.
We will answer your questions, explain how sessions work, and explain how we can help with things like funding.
Xpact was created by a parent of autistic children and a healthcare professional. Our approach is grounded in real family life and professional standards.
Help With Funding Routes
Funding can be confusing and time-consuming — especially when you’re already stretched.
During the call, we can:
help you understand the types of funding that may apply
Talk through what information is typically needed
And where appropriate, support you with the application process
Some families can access funding via an EHCP or care plan, and Xpact is an approved provider for many local authorities and some NHS settings. Whether that applies to you depends on your area and circumstances — the call helps you understand what’s possible.
Safeguarding
Concerns are rare, but safety comes first.
DBS-checked mentors with safeguarding training
Designated safeguarding lead and escalation routes
Clear voice/chat boundaries agreed in advance
Responsible handling of data and records
View our policies page for full details, or call us for advice.

How Mentoring Helps
Mentoring is especially useful if your child is:
Autistic / ADHD / PDA-profile or otherwise neurodivergent
Anxious, overwhelmed, or prone to shutdowns
Struggling socially or finding direct conversation hard
School avoiding/reduced attendance / on EOTAS/EOTS
Home educated, in AP, or in specialist settings
Healing from trauma, bereavement, or emotional challenges
If your gut says “my child needs support, but nothing fits”… book the call.
Book a Friendly 15-Minute Call Back
The first step is always the hardest, which is why we offer a call-back service. We think you will be pleasantly surprised when you discover just how much we can help.
The fact that you’re here says you’re probably carrying more than most people realise.
Maybe your child is anxious, overwhelmed, shutting down, avoiding school, or simply struggling to cope with daily life. Maybe you’ve tried support before, and it didn’t fit — too demanding, too intense, too much pressure.
A friendly 15-minute phone call is where we take the weight off and help you see the options clearly.
No pressure. No judgement. No sales script.
Just a straightforward conversation about what could help your child — and what’s realistic.
You will not be asked to commit to anything.
We’re here to provide you with clarity, reassurance before making your first step.
