2. Foundation Package (10 Sessions)

   The Foundation Package provides short-term, targeted support for children, young people, and adults within a gaming-based environment. Gaming is used as an engaging platform for mentoring or tutoring —creating space for conversation, reflection, and relationship-building. Through this approach, participants develop life skills, build confidence, strengthen resilience, have fun supporting social and emotional wellbeing.

   Those needing short-term support to strengthen life skills, resilience and support social and emotional wellbeing.

3. Progression Package (50 Sessions)

   £2,500 (excluding VAT) – £50 per session

   Fifty x 55-minute sessions
   Description:
   The Progression Package provides long-term, continuous mentoring support, typically delivered over a 3-month period. This is particularly suitable for individuals in care, going through significant transitions, or requiring ongoing relationship-based intervention. The extended duration allows for stability, trust, meaningful skill development, and sustained personal growth.

   Additional Information
   All prices are exclusive of VAT. XPact for Impact Mentoring is not currently VAT-registered; however, if VAT becomes applicable in future, it will be added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
   Payment Terms:
   Invoicing provided upon commissioning or booking
   Bank transfer required prior to commencement of sessions
   Packages must be paid in full before delivery begins
   Cancellation Policy:
   48 hours’ notice required for full refund or rescheduling
   Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% charge
